Privacy Policy

When you place an order we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your delivery address, including city, state and PIN code.
• Details of what you ordered and what you paid.

We do not collect or store your card number, UPI ID, CVV or bank credentials. Payment details are entered directly into Razorpay's secure checkout and never reach our systems.

• To process your payment and fulfil your order.
• To send order confirmations and delivery updates.
• To respond when you contact us about an order.
• To meet tax, accounting and food-safety record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to, and you can opt out at any time.

We share only what is necessary, and only with:

• Razorpay, our payment processor, to take and verify payment.
• Courier partners, to deliver your order to your address.
• Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law.

Your delivery details are attached to the payment record held by Razorpay so that we can fulfil the order. Razorpay processes data under its own privacy policy.

Order records are retained for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law, currently eight years from the end of the relevant financial year. Enquiries not resulting in an order are deleted once resolved.

This site uses only the cookies necessary to make it work and to run checkout. Razorpay may set cookies during payment for fraud prevention. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Payment pages are encrypted in transit, and payment credentials are handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant processor. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the data we hold and to limit who can access it.

You may ask us to:

• Confirm what personal data we hold about you and provide a copy.
• Correct data that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it by law.
• Stop sending you marketing communications.

Email hello@rozhealthy.com to make a request. We will respond within a reasonable period, and may ask you to verify your identity first.

This website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
