You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you select.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product images are illustrative, and packaging, colour and presentation may vary. Nutritional values are typical values and may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund it in full.

RozPro products are foods, not medicines. Nothing on this website is medical or nutritional advice, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication. Always read the label before use, check the ingredient list if you have allergies, and do not exceed the stated serving.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• The price charged is the price shown on the product page at the time you place your order.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
• We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where there is a pricing or stock error, a suspected fraudulent transaction, or an address we cannot serve.

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

The RozPro name, logo, product designs, photography and website content belong to Roz Healthy. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints may be addressed to our Grievance Officer, Customer Care, at hello@rozhealthy.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sonipat, Haryana.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
